I Was Charged but My Account Balance Doesn't Reflect the Payment

  1. Go to Billing and check the invoice status. If it shows PAID, the payment was recorded.
  2. Check Billing > Account Balance for a detailed breakdown.
  3. If a payment was made but the invoice still shows UNPAID, there may be a delay in payment processing. Wait a few minutes and refresh.
  4. For PayPal payments, processing can take longer. Verify the payment completed in your PayPal account.
  5. If the issue persists after 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction details.
