How to Manage Support Tickets

Viewing Tickets

  1. Click Support in the navigation menu.
  2. View all your tickets in a searchable, sortable table.
  3. Filter by ID, Subject, Department, or Status (Open, Pending, Closed, In Progress).

Opening a New Ticket

  1. Click Support > Open New Ticket.
  2. Fill in the form:
    • Subject — brief description of your issue.
    • Department — Billing, Technical, Abuse, General, etc.
    • Related Service — optionally link the ticket to a specific service.
    • Content — describe your issue in detail (rich text editor available).
  3. Click Submit.

Replying to a Ticket

  1. Go to Support and click on the ticket.
  2. Type your reply and click Send.
