How to Manage Support Tickets
Viewing Tickets
- Click Support in the navigation menu.
- View all your tickets in a searchable, sortable table.
- Filter by ID, Subject, Department, or Status (Open, Pending, Closed, In Progress).
Opening a New Ticket
- Click Support > Open New Ticket.
- Fill in the form:
- Subject — brief description of your issue.
- Department — Billing, Technical, Abuse, General, etc.
- Related Service — optionally link the ticket to a specific service.
- Content — describe your issue in detail (rich text editor available).
- Click Submit.
Replying to a Ticket
- Go to Support and click on the ticket.
- Type your reply and click Send.
