My Service Was Terminated — Can I Recover My Data?

Once a service is terminated, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Termination happens:

• 10 days after an invoice goes past due (automatic).
• Immediately if you choose "Cancel Immediately" from the dashboard.
• 30 days after suspension if the suspension is not resolved.

Prevention: Always maintain snapshots of important data, and keep your billing information current.
