My Service Was Suspended
Services can be suspended for two main reasons:
Non-Payment
- Go to Billing and pay any outstanding invoices.
- Once payment is confirmed, your service will be reactivated automatically.
- If not reactivated within a few minutes, contact support.
Abuse Complaint
- Check your email for an abuse notification with details.
- Go to Network > Abuse Center to view the case.
- Reply to the abuse case with your explanation or resolution.
- If your account has been locked due to multiple abuse complaints (3+ within 72 hours), you must resolve the abuse ticket before regaining access.
Suspension Timeline
- Day 0: Invoice due date. Payment attempted automatically.
- Day 3: If still unpaid, services are suspended.
- Day 10: If still unpaid, services are terminated and all data is permanently deleted.
Act quickly to avoid data loss.
