My Payment Was Declined
- Go to Billing > Reload Account and try adding funds with a different payment method.
- Common decline reasons:
- Insufficient funds on the card.
- Card expired — update your payment method.
- Bank blocked the transaction — contact your bank to authorize charges from DartNode.
- Fraud detection triggered — your bank may require you to confirm the transaction.
- Alternative payment methods: PayPal, Bitcoin/cryptocurrency.
