My Payment Was Declined

  1. Go to Billing > Reload Account and try adding funds with a different payment method.
  2. Common decline reasons:
    • Insufficient funds on the card.
    • Card expired — update your payment method.
    • Bank blocked the transaction — contact your bank to authorize charges from DartNode.
    • Fraud detection triggered — your bank may require you to confirm the transaction.
  3. Alternative payment methods: PayPal, Bitcoin/cryptocurrency.
