I Cannot Cancel My Service

I Cannot Cancel My Service

Possible reasons:

  • Service Agreement: If your service is managed by a service agreement (contract), it cannot be cancelled through the dashboard until the agreement term ends. Contact support to discuss options.
  • Account Locked: If your account is locked due to a payment dispute, cancellation is blocked. Resolve the dispute first.
  • Bundle Service: If the service is part of a bundle, you must cancel the master/parent service, which will cancel all child services in the bundle.
