I See "Account Blocked" When Trying to Log In

Your account may be blocked for several reasons:

  • Payment dispute/chargeback: Filing a dispute with your bank automatically locks your DartNode account. Contact support to resolve.
  • Fraud detection: The system flagged suspicious activity. You may need to complete identity verification.
  • Abuse violations: Multiple abuse complaints resulted in an account lock. Check your email for abuse case details.
