My Server Is Not Responding

1. Check the server status on the detail page. If it shows Stopped, use Power On to start it.
2. If the server shows Running but is unresponsive:
   • Try accessing via VNC Console — this works even if SSH and networking are down.
   • Use Reboot or Graceful Shutdown followed by Power On.
   • As a last resort, use Force Stop then Power On.
3. Check if your server's IP is reachable. Network issues may require Reconfigure Network.
