My Server Provisioning Seems Stuck
If your server shows a "Provisioning" status for an extended period:
- Check the server detail page for progress indicators or job status messages.
- Provisioning typically completes within a few minutes. If it has been more than 30 minutes, the job may have timed out.
- Contact support with your service ID — they can check the provisioning queue and restart the process if needed.
