My Dedicated Server's IPMI Is Not Responding
- Go to your dedicated server's detail page > IPMI tab.
- If IPMI shows as not supported, your server model may not have IPMI. Open a support ticket with the NOC team.
- Try Reset IPMI Password to refresh the connection credentials.
- Click Close IPMI Session and then Launch On-Demand IPMI Session to start a fresh session.
- If IPMI is accessible but the server is unresponsive, use IPMI power controls:
- Try Power Off (Soft) first for a graceful shutdown.
- If unresponsive, use Power Off (Hard) followed by Power On.
- Reboot (Cold) performs a full power cycle.
