My Team Member Cannot Access Certain Features
- Go to Settings > Team (account owner only).
- Check the team member's assigned permissions.
- Common permission scopes:
billing.manage— required for power actions, upgrades, addons, and cancellation.service.manage— required for backups, reinstalls, boot config, and IP management.service.resetpwd— required for root password resets.network.read— required to view IP addresses.api.read— required to view API keys.
- Update permissions as needed. Only the account owner can modify team member permissions.
