I Lost My Two-Factor Authentication Device
- On the 2FA verification page, click Use a Recovery Code.
- Enter one of the 8 recovery codes you saved during 2FA setup (format:
XXXX-XXXX). - Each recovery code can only be used once.
- After logging in, go to Settings to reconfigure 2FA with a new device.
- If you have no recovery codes remaining, contact support to request a 2FA reset. Identity verification may be required.
