🆓 Free Remote Hands:

We offer free support for basic tasks, including:

• Rebooting a server
• Checking link lights
• Visual inspections
• Moving a cable

💼 Paid Support:

For advanced support like BIOS config, OS installs, or network setup, we charge:

• $120/hour, billed in 15-minute intervals

We’ll always notify you before billable work begins so there are no surprises.

Remote hands are available during business hours, with on-call support after hours for urgent issues.
