Need to remove your server from the rack? We’ve got you covered.

✅ Free De-Rack:

We offer complimentary de-racking for customers in good standing (no past-due invoices).

💸 De-Rack & Storage Fee:

If your account has a past-due balance and a de-rack is required or requested due to non-payment:

• $100 fee for de-rack and temporary storage
• Equipment will be securely held until the balance is paid in full

🔐 Important:

We cannot ship or release equipment until all outstanding invoices are paid.
