Fixing Connectivity Issues (Reconfigure Network)
Overview: If your server is "Online" but you cannot reach it via SSH or Ping, your virtual network interface may need a refresh.
Steps:
From your server's Control Console, locate the Networking tile.
Click Reconfigure Network.
This process will refresh your IP assignments and Gateway settings without rebooting the server or deleting data.
