How to Complete Identity Verification (KYC)

1. Go to Verify Identity (you may be prompted if identity verification is required).
2. You will need:
   • A selfie photo (camera or file upload)
   • The front of a government-issued ID (Driver's License, Passport, National ID, or State ID)
   • Optionally, the back of the ID
3. Step 1: Take or upload a selfie. You can use your device camera or upload an image (JPEG, PNG, or WebP).
4. Step 2: Take or upload a photo of the front of your ID.
5. Step 3: Optionally upload the back of your ID.
6. Click Submit. Your documents will be reviewed (AI-assisted with manual review if needed).

Possible Outcomes

• Approved — verification complete.
• Under Review — manual review in progress; check back later.
• Failed — you will see the reason and can resubmit.
