How to Manage Server IP Addresses

Viewing IPs

1. Go to your server's detail page.
2. Click the Network tab/panel.
3. View all assigned IPv4 and IPv6 addresses with their subnet and gateway info.
4. The primary IP is marked with a badge and cannot be released.

Requesting Additional IPs

1. In the Network panel, click Request IPs.
2. Enter the number of IPv4 and/or IPv6 addresses you want (up to 5 each).
3. Review the price quote showing the prorated charge today and recurring monthly cost.
4. Confirm to add the IPs. They will be attached to your server.

Releasing an IP

1. In the Network panel, click Release next to the IP you want to remove.
2. Confirm the action. The IP will be detached from your server.

Note: You cannot release the primary IP address.

Reconfiguring Network

If you are having network issues, click Reconfigure Network to re-apply network settings to your server.
