How to Cancel a Cloud Server

1. Go to your server's detail page.
2. Click the Cancel tab.
3. Choose a cancellation option:
   • Cancel at End of Billing Cycle — server remains active until the next payment date, then is terminated.
   • Cancel Immediately — requires entering your password. Unused credit may be refunded to your account balance.
4. Confirm the cancellation.

You can re-activate a pending cancellation before the cancellation date takes effect.

Warning: After the cancellation date, all server data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
