At DartNode, we aim to deploy your dedicated server as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you can monitor its progress in real time through your dashboard.

⏱️ Deployment Guarantee

• ✅ We guarantee deployment within 7 days of your order.
• ⏳ If deployment takes longer than 6 hours, you will receive a deployment delay credit on your account for the unused time.

📦 Order Status Definitions

Here’s what each status in your order dashboard means:

• Open: Your order is open and pending assignment
• In Queue: Your server has been assigned and is awaiting build
• Provisioning: Our team is actively building and configuring your server
• Parts Needed: Your server requires additional hardware
• Parts Ordered: We’ve ordered the parts and will deploy the server once they arrive
• On Hold: The order is paused — check your provisioning ticket for details (we may be waiting on info or approvals)
• Needs Information: We need additional details from you to proceed
