How to Manage Dedicated Servers

Viewing Servers

1. Click Bare Metal in the navigation menu.
2. View all your dedicated servers with their current status.
3. Status badges: New Order, In Build Queue, Ready to Rack, Active, Suspended, or Terminated.

Power Actions (requires IPMI support)

1. Go to the Power tab.
2. Select an action: Power On, Power Off (Soft), Power Off (Hard), Reboot (Warm), Reboot (Cold).
3. Click Submit.

IPMI Access

1. Go to the IPMI tab.
2. If set up, view your username and password.
3. Click Open IPMI to access the web-based management interface.
4. To start a new session, click Launch On-Demand IPMI Session.
5. To end a session, click Close IPMI Session.
6. To reset credentials, click Reset IPMI Password.

If IPMI is not supported for your server, contact support via a NOC ticket.
