📝 How to Request a Refund

- Login to your DartNode Dashboard (https://app.dartnode.com)

- Navigate to the Service you wish to cancel

- Click the "Cancel/ Destory Server" Button

- If you qualify for the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, you will see a section here to claim it:

- If you do not qualify, you will see the reason and have options to cancel your service at the end of the cycle or cancel it today for account credit.

The refund will be processed automatically; there is no need to open a ticket or contact our support team to request a refund.
